Injection Platforms

ZEBRA maintains a variety of injection equipment and vehicles that can be quickly and easily retrofitted to perform under various site-specific conditions. The tanks and pumps are readily interchangeable, and the trucks and/or trailer combinations used to transport this equipment at the site are designed to maximum operational flexibility. Note in the figure that the amount of tank volume used is custom designed based on the site-specific injection design/requirements. Only the tanks required for the project are used, and this equates to maximum product preparation, mixing and injection efficiency. Also the most effective and efficient pump is used, again based on site-specific conditions. The pump pressure and flow is matched to the anticipated aquifer backpressure. Also, the tank material, lines/hoses and pump seals must be compatible with the material being injected.
